2022 Convention Items:

New Circus Circus token - Circus Circus released a new $5 Token in mid-June. It is undated, and was minted by Osborne Coinage. This is the first token issued in almost 10 years in the state of Nevada. It is priced at $10 including shipping. Token Picture

Yankees Spring Training Token - This was a Grapefruit League Giveaway containing a token with old Yankee Stadium on it. It was sponsored by Bob's Stores. Priced at $7 including shipping. Token picture

Elizabeth Taylor Dazzling Diamonds Pendant - The Elizabeth Taylor pendant was a prize that was won out of a special slot machine at the Paris casino. There were different prizes you could win. The top prize was a special Fabreshe egg which a hand pay worth then $1,000. Priced at $20, shipping is extra. Pendant Picture

Playboy Token & Key - This is a London Playboy Club Proof-Like token minted in 1966, along with a room key from a Playboy Hotel. It is priced at $50, shipping is extra. Item picture

Counterfeit Token - This was a commemorative token that was given out at the 1980 Republican National Convention showing George Bush, and dated January 20, 1980. After the convention the tokens started showing up in Nevada slot machines, since they were very similar in size to tokens being used at that time. The raised edges had been ground down slightly, by probably using a belt sander. Once the edges were removed they worked in the slot machines of 1980. Several thousand were found by the Nevada Gaming Commission. The picture attached shows the token as issued, and what the token found in the machines looks like.
